He also developed an interest in an attractive medicine resident, Karol Anderson, from Magnolia, Arkansas whom he married subsequently.

With the completion of residency he was again the object of good fortune joining Neurosurgery Arkansas as junior to the exceptional neurosurgeons Dr. Tim Burson and Dr. David Reding, and finding his superlative nurse Ashley Acre to assist in the care of patients.

In his off time, Dr Tullis enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children--Allison (3yrs) and Wilder (6mo)--as well as getting acquainted with Arkansas.  Also, he spends time reviewing recent neurosurgical literature, which he will resume as soon as he has finished this bio.
